Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed for a company that does excavation and drain tiling for agricultural purposes. The name on the logo will be "Amb and Son's Excavation". I am looking for a logo that is bold, easy to read, and shows what our company does. I want a logo with a special looking "A" to tie in with "Amb" OR a picture of a drain tile outlet on the side. The outlet would look like a black culvert with water coming out of it. At the bottom of the logo I want the words "Ditching. 'Tiling". The colors should be somewhat dark and serious looking.

Keep in mind that this logo will mainly be used to put on machinery and on signs above drain tile outlets.
