Logo Design Brief

I'm rebranding my well-established 25-year old photography studio. (www.davidjensenphotography.com)

Best Dog Ever will continue my focus on the art photography of dogs. My marketing will also reference Best DAY Ever. My customers often walk away from my services claiming that their Best Dog Ever also had the Best Day Ever.

I'd love to see a logo that merges the words Day and Dog into a single icon. It's possible that I would transition this into a neon sign that flashes back and forth between Day and Dog.

My client base absolutely loves their dogs as children. They are sophisticated. 80% women. They are passionate about dogs. My logo will communicate sincerity and a connection between a person and a dog. Including a cat and horse would be a bonus.
Or - just a person and dog to keep it simple.

Color choices that represent my business include Dark Blue and Gold.
