Is this going to be for a hardback or softback book? If it's a hardback are you going to need placements for author information (usually inside flap, front or back?). Is there requirements from the publishing company to where their logo needs to be at and size, or are they going to take care of that? Color choices, is this going to be Pantone colors or CMYK. And deminsions of book including spine would be appreciated.

Hi,
Just to make sure, do you want us, designers, to create an eBook for you? Also, are we designing three books or just one? You mentioned that "The series will include books" and that "Fate Of Nations" will be the series title, and each book will have a subtitle specific to it, like "Tesla's Tank" in this case." This sounds as if you planning to create a series of books, but for now, you want us to design one of the books. Further, do you have any preferences over designs elements, like colour, photo vs. illustration, etc.?

Is this just a front cover ? ebook ?

Dear Contest Holder,
What is the author's name? Thank you.

This is an ebook, so front cover only is fine.

This competition is for one book only, but I wanted to be clear that it''s the first in a series.

No pref on photo vs illustration, just happy to see what you guys come up with.

Author is Chris Kohout

Just a quick question, would you rather it be a poster in the style of a 1920 propaganda poster or more of a realistic photo kind of poster, if that makes sense.
