Illustration Design Brief

I need to have a large backdrop image printed 6m long x 1.5 m high. If not the same, the graphic should have a very similar look/feel with big stricking heads/ rustic feel to the image given.
This is going to go in an Italian restaurant, I do not know the country of origin of this design on the pictures but it is reminds me of folk art found in the islands of Sardinia/Sicily.
To make it more Italian, maybe reduce the size of moustaches and hats. The important thing is big bold stylised profiles.
I am willing to increase payout if needed.
