Logo Design Brief

logo design for my internal medicine practice.
It is a concierge type practice. My office is decorated like Mad Men. I collect Mid Century furniture. Not fancy or elitist but more warm. I would also like hip.
Normally I like acronyms, but DIM not a good idea for a doctor's office unless you can do something with it. Any color is OK, but I suspect earth tones or primary colors match the 50's feel. I am not looking for anything other than the name...no stethoscopes, masks, or images other than the practice name or a play on the name. I would also like the logo to have "Library Street" or just "Library" to denote location in case I open other locations.
