There are three words that we could give you to help describe what Sinew is going to mean to us. Those three words are fitness, medical, and fun. It is a collaboration between these three that we are trying to capture in Sinew.

The definition of Sinew means strength, vigor but also is the connective tissue in your body. This is where the medical term comes in with our idea of using it for fitness and fun.
