The Let’s Talk Trash team is an initiative of the Powell River Regional District’s Waste Management Education Program.
Our mission is:
To develop and implement an innovative education program on waste reduction strategies that will guide our community toward zero waste.
We see all waste as potential resources and our group is responsible for education the whole community from elementary students, to adults, businesses, events and seniors.

Must have
- Simple look that is recognizable when printed smaller such as on a business card or as a letterhead etc.
Nice to have
- Zero Waste in there possibly....this may be too much text.
Should not have
- Should be complete opposite of old logo (I've uploaded it). Want to stay away from 'waste' imagery and think more along the lines of re-inventing waste, rethinking etc. This is slightly tricky as our name has 'Trash' in it but it's been 4 years and is quite branded in our community now so we'd like to ditch our old logo while keeping the name that is familiar. No rats, no garbage.
