Logo Design Brief

We are a group of around 40 young people and organize a lot of different events in Switzerland. For example a theater, christmas events, skiing etc. Some events are public, some are internal. The name of our association is "Team 72". We need a logo that communicates something like team, group, youth, fun, culture. The design can use one or more of this keywords.
