Logo Design Brief

Logo design for trailer repair business. We repair flat deck trailers, step deck trailers, heavy haul trailers, wind tower blade trailers and more. We also operate another business called Done Right Welding & Construction and will possibly be using the logos together so I would like the shape to be similar so they lay out nicely if they are stacked or size by side. We operate out of our newly purchased 10,000 square foot shop and also have 4 welding trucks that do repairs on location and make road calls as needed.

Logo will be primarily used on promo items, business cards, jackets, caps, shirts, vehicles, stickers and on a large sign on the building.

Prefer simple vector art with business name that is easy to read and will print and embroider well. Initially we are thinking a 1 color logo using the color blue.

Logo should communicate reliability and professionalism.

Would like something with a VINTAGE feel. Nothing gothic.

I have attached an idea that I have for the logo but I am open to seeing what additional comps you can come up with as well.

I was thinking vector art of a flat deck 18 wheeler trailer with the word "Reliable" is a thick script font and the words "Trailer Repair" between the tires underneath in a simple san serif font, possibly all caps on the trailer repair depending on how it looks and balances out. Fonts must be easy to read.

I have also attached our logo for Done Right and several snapshots of trailers that can be cut out and converted to vector art if needed to use in the logo.
