Label Design Brief

I need a new label that is a modernised version of what is attached. The new label needs to be 275mm across 165mm high. The label needs to have a "quite zone" (all white band) ACROSS THE VERY TOP of at least 75mm. This is very important. I don't mind if there is colour that fades to all white at the top or if the label is predominantly all white. I am happy to have the "pond drop" removed.
Also; we thermal print over the base label, so most of the attached labels are ones that have had the thermal print already. The other is one that I have made notes on. You will see that I have five colours. This is so that we can colour code our products. Please ensure that your design has a dominant colour as we will need to have five or six colour variations.
Please make sure that I have room on the label for information.

update 14/12/2015. Hi to all working on my project. With the designs you submit please ensure that there is:
1. 75mm band at the top that is plain white
2. on each side of the label a band that is 60mm that is all white
This is so we can incorporate safety and instructional information when we thermal print over the top.
