Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our team : Base & Channel Management. we are made up of a number of different teams. I've attached a copy of some logos, that we would like the theme of our logo built off. please create the logo using a similar look to the glove in the images attached, using the spectrum is not required. Here is some information about our team:

Requirements

Must have

• I've updated an attached file labeled RGB swatch. this is the colour palette that our company use, if you would like to use colour please use the colour palette provided.
• NOTE: the colour palette that must not mix green with blue... if you use green, the other colours must be shades of green, starting with dark to light.

Nice to have

• If you could put Base & Channel in larger font with Management in smaller font that would be great. The group uses the short version most often, ie "Base & Channel"
