Web Design Brief

We need a responsive website that can act as both an online diary/calendar and a resource for community and networking events similar to findnetworkingevents.com (we do not want a clone, but one with similar functionality). We need to be able to host adverts, have a client area for clients to add their own events to the diary. This needs to have the functionality that clients have to pay to add recurring events. Some integration would be useful so that if a clients already has their own online diary on their website then using an API possibly to also add that event into our online diary
