Logo Design Brief

This design is for Larboard Health, a "division" of Larboard Enterprises (logo attached below) which provides a subset of health-improvement related services to a corporation's employees and their dependents. In would like for the Larboard Health design to reflect some elements of the Larboard Enterprises logo to establish and ultimately maintain their relationship.

The metallic navy blue "L" shape is awesome and since Larboard is in both logo's, I was thinking we could keep that color, but use a light blue (is there such a thing as a "metallic" light blue?) for the health-elements of the logo, as it represents "health" in some circles.
