Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a "foundation" type of establishment that is based on my last name - "Otchere".
Otchere is a family/surname and, and this foundation is going to be run as a family thing.

Otchere foundation is a private and non-governmental non-commercial business founded by a family of brothers that is self-motivated and with experience across informatics, Telecommunications, remote-sensing & geo-spatial science, land planning and development.

Our belief is founded on passion, knowledge, informatics and development . We have no lined up products or specific lines of services we deliver, but we have specific professions which include; Technology management, Banking, Applications Development, Remote Sensing and Geographical Information Systems.

The foundation is to bring our combined skills, expertise, global experience and wealth of people management as capability and capacity to people, businesses and communities we will serve.

I would like to see designs that use the name "Otchere" in modern type faces, predominant use of the color blue and communicating technology and development in success for the future,

Please note below, key design cues 

- the use of O, irrespective the font used, must symbolize something about our brief

- all our expertise have one key similarity: Informatics

- as a family, we bring global experience, and this must somewhat be captured in the concept

- In an age of digitalization, everything is headed towards a digital ecosystem, and therefore what the foundation seeks to drive are those key enablers for society - people, businesses and government. 
- Also the use of only "Otchere Foundation" as the logo requires some creativity around the brief as earlier outlined.
