Flyer Design Brief

We are looking at getting a flyer for a high scale apartment complex that will explain the prices and services on the back page and offer a complimentary personal training session on the front page as well as a welcome and so on. I will attach plenty of information and also a copy of a basic flyer that does not look very good but will give you an understanding of what I am looking at doing.

Attached I will include all required information as well as pictures I wish to be used in the flyer also and any other information I can think of adding.

Logo design is already done but I am open to suggestion for new logos if you would like to make that part of the project.

The opening day for this project is on Sunday the 14th of July so I do not have a massive amount of time but more then enough to get the project done.

All required pictures can be accessed via the files I have uploaded.

Please note that 50 Albert logo needs to be the same as the file I have attached.

Requirements

Must have

• From page one you will see various pictures displaying the types of training I can provide. Kettlebells weights kickboxing etc. These pictures are required unless you feel they will be placed in written form somewhere to make it look better. I liked the idea of making that visual but it is up to you.
  
  The flyer must be 1 page front and back with the front being very attractive to the eye and outlining the complimentary PT session. The info displayed on the front page can be shortened down if necessary as long as the basic idea is projected across and people are aware that the services provided have a wide variety and are fun.
  
  I want the photo of the trainer included as well as the logo above info is also required such as ABN number business name obviously and so on.
  
  Also There needs to be mention that the Owners Corporation will be covering cost of the induction until Jan 2014
  
  

Should not have

• A different font with 50 Albert the attached image on the flyer is what needs to be used as its the 50 albert logo
