Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a US based recruiting firm that specializes in placing executives for the home building industry. The firm is called Precision Search Consulting or PSC for short. I would like to see a design that emphasizes our ability to find find the best candidates for our clients (our ability to headhunt and find the perfect candidate). Maybe the design could include something to do with construction or something creative that shows our ability to identify the best candidates in a pool or thousands. If that doesn't work maybe a design that communicates that I am a "trusted partner" to my clients.I would like the logo to include the PSC initials for the name.
