I need a logo design for my company/website

GlennaHecht.com is the new website, I am a speaker, consulting and HR Guru. I am a speaker on leadership and human resource topics and have a human resource consulting firm. I am perceived as modern, edgy and a consultant with a personality. I am a dynamic speaker. I am looking for a logo that depicts my personality and conveys a dynamic speaker and a contemporary approach, I inspire others and am FUN and business oriented with a great reputation.

I gravitate to vibrant colors - reds, gold, black, etc. I do not want grey, burgundy, blues or brown.

Typeset - easy to read, highly identifiable, not traditional.
