Logo Design Brief

We need a logo and color palate for a tour business that leads off road rides through Baja California, Mexico. Could use mountains, ocean, cactus for imagery. Color ideas could be red, white and green (Mexican flag colors), or orange and greys, but open to ideas. We want something that would appeal to a 40 year old vs a 16 year old if that makes sense. Attached are a couple of pictures of where we ride, which may give you some ideas for design elements.
