Logo Design Brief

We are a full service real estate company. Meaning commercial, residential, investment...
Our company name is Tyler-Donegan-Duncan Real Estate Services. (It is a mouthful.) Been in business since 1987. Mid Atlantic region. I tried to upload our old logo... We recently added a third name to the company (Duncan). We started as commercial agents and property managers but have grown into a well known boutique firm in Maryland that allows its agents to work and succeed in all aspects of real estate; residential, commercial, land sales, development and etc...
It would be nice to see some sort of less wordy logo (i.e. TDD...) But we will leave that up to the designers.
As noted we have been in business quite some time and would like a stable but modern look.
