Logo Design Brief

We need a design for a 3500 square foot personable gym/fitness center. We messed around on Microsoft word and created what we attached. We like that design. Would also like to see if legs of the person can be used as the N in Fitness and bring Fitness under the New U. This way we can put on shirts as well and it isn't a long line across. We like the black and gold.
