The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the project of you want the best designers to work on it

I just wanted to make a quick note that you don't have to use the blue color in the design. Feel free to experiment with other color schemes that you think will work. I am planning on getting a new logo designed after the website is completed so no need to stick with the same blue color. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Here's another sample design from a different website that I really like for your reference [Non image link removed]I like the colors, the clear navigation, the booking form, the layout, and everything else about it is just clear. The only thing I don't like about it is the footer a little too busy with so many links in there.
