Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my Salon. I would like to have there name "RAE Cheveux Salon" incorporating a pair of shears and a flour de Lis. I would like the design to use black and the color brown with a New orleans style theme. We are targeting upscale clientele in Central florida market.
The logo should be elegant but bold with a new orleans flair.
im not sure why you need a description of more than 300 words when I've basically given you everything we are looking for in a logo. so i am writing to fill space to try and get to 300 words.
this salon will be a brand new salon offering an upscale atmosphere with a spa offering esthetician services.
