Logo Design Brief

I am looking to update my logo. The name of my company is Generations Real Estate I currently have a logo with a "G" shaped like a home and want to add to it. (I have attached a very crude attempt at what I am imagining along with the current logo and eps files for you to add to or manipulate. I would like to add the "RE" to the logo and possibly my website as well which is GREmn.com I would like to keep the G as close to what it is now as possible as we are already using it and it is recognizable by my clients. I would like the logo to have GRE with the home as the G and make the RE flow or look cool somehow. also have the MN.COM added in smaller but so it still makes since. Below the logo I would like the company name in two lines first line saying GENERATIONS and the second line saying REAL ESTATE I do like the original text style but I was unable to duplicate it for my example. Looking for modern new feel. Feel free to get creative as that is what you are best at just remember I really would like to keep the "G home" or something very very close.

1. I would like the design to be on both a black and white background.
2. I would like the logo in blue with white outline and the name of the company to be in white.

Requirements

Must have

• I need this on both with and back backgrounds.
• GRE in the logo would like to keep the G home I have attached a few eps files in hope of saving you time. This should allow you to add or manipulate my current logo
• I would like the full name of the company below the logo in white, I do like the current text style but was unable to duplicate it in my example I would like the GENERATIONS to be caps and bold and the REAL ESTATE to be the same text style still in caps but not bold, I have seen this done in some modern advertising.

Nice to have

• GREMN.COM
• is the website and would like it incorportated

Should not have

• generic ......If I could do it don't submit it, you see in my example I'm not that skilled. :-)
