Logo Design Brief

Hi there,
Want the same style house but would like the logo to read: Stacy Petruzzi Group
Real Estate
The colors work for the KW fit but if you have something else with color I'm open to it. Usually I use Silver, Red, White & Black. I'd like to possibly put somethin in a window of the house like initials or key or the handshack arial view I'm attaching for review. Want something different, clean, classy for the same Old Real Estate Market. I've never seen my house before as a sign guy made it for me on the fly. If using the house is too much I'm open to other options as long as classy yet will be known for years to come kind of thing. I don't want to change it for a very long time. Thank you

Requirements

Must have

• Legible and easy to read small or large print. Not too busy, clean classy lines, etc.
• It needs to look like Real Estate without anyone reading the words is my hope.
• My slogan is "Be Choozy, Pick Petruzzi" If that might help a bit. Only because it helps say my last name but most people remember it and when they do reviews they make comments that say they were choozy and picked us and they were glad.

Nice to have

• Possibly initials or something meaningful on the house or window of the house. Provided handshake photo as an example. Just can't wrap my head around my thought so will leave to you the professionals;)

Should not have

• No Real Estate crap as used on every other logo out there. A key, a house with a key, etc. Not super busy please.
