Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new B2B agency for the Latin America and International Market. We are a marketing agency specialized in design and development of e-commerce stores, we are Shopify Experts. We offer a business to business solution, focused in small and medium size store owners that already have their physical store and want to start an online model. Here some examples of online stores that we already developed this year: https://www.iloveaprilis.com/ (pass: POTENCIAL) ; http://baru-outdoors.myshopify.com/ (pass: flewya); http://tano-deportes.myshopify.com/ (pass: whablu). Here in Latin America the e-commerce has still a huge room to grow (growing more than 25% per year), so as an agency we are focusing only in e-commerce services. That is our niche, so we chose the "Emood Marketing" name, trying to associate it as for "ecommerce mood"; and we would like the logo to express that too.
The design should communicate: innovation & modern; premium but not expensive; trust but possitive, not too serious. Attached you will find for reference examples of others logos that I like, so you can better understand my style.
