Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed that I can use in various ways (on business cards, on invoices, on other items). I work with companies who need help enacting their strategy, and with teams and leaders who need to increase their effectiveness. I am not sure that I have a particular color preference, but I want something that communicates both action, growth, and reliability. "Positive Developments" is the main line, "in Leadership" is secondary (I primarily refer to my company as Positive Developments)

• Needs to look very high class. Modern, but not overly "trendy"... Needs some sort of design element, not just text. But the design element doesn't need to be overly large or complicated.

Nice to have

• 2 colors in addition to black /gray; some sort of creative design element.

Should not have

• Should not have standard or readily-available clipart.
