Logo Design Brief
We need a logo design for an apartment complex located In Raleigh NC. It is a 2007 built community but we are looking to give the community an updated current design to attract more young professionals and give the community a clean fresh look. We do not want an "icon" in the logo meaning no design element other than type or lines.

Young professionals-age around 35. Mostly Singles, a few couples and single moms.
