All he gave me was a jpg. I also had him design her on design crowd. The residential signs will be 2x1.5 and the commercial signs will be approximately 5x5

So you only want the logo, AVAILABLE and the phone number on the design? If not, what other information or images would you like on the sign?

If you had your logo done through DesignCrowd then the designer really should have given you at least PDFs and EPS/vector files.
