Logo Design Brief

NEED A GREAT LOGO! We a a new real estate company in Seattle, WA specializing in Condominium sales in Downtown Seattle. The company is high-end and exclusive, yet modern and very innovative and that's what the logo style has to represent. Very open to ideas on colors but wouldn't want more than 2 or 3 colors in the logo with one being neutral (black/white/grey?), the other obvious (possibly orange/red/green?). Seattle landmarks are the Space Needle and downtown Skyline - having those part of the logo is a very beat up idea but if presented in way described above, we'd be open to modern interpretations of classic landmarks. Not a traditional real estate company - mostly lakefront and downtown high-rise buildings.
