Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a residential real estate title company in Peoria, Illinois. We will primarily use the logo for folders, which are legal sized (9"x12"). We want the logo to have two components: 1) The words "County Title" with the enlarged first letters "C" and "T", respectively; 2) the website "www.countytitle.com" under the aforementioned business name. We would like the logo to be silver.
