Please clarify the exact scope of work as this is design contest / competition.
Project says Job Type Uncoded PSD design only

The current budget suffices for 2-3 pages psd design only - not more pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

2-3 pages PSD only is fine. One page for showcasing the exclusive stones with a spotlight featured stone. One page for a more details on a specific stone with many pictures in different angles.
