Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for a series of video blogs which should probably incorporate or sit beside an existing corporate logo (which I have uploaded).

I need one logo design but with a number of slight variations:

1. One saying 'Leadership Blog'.
2. One saying 'Leadership Bite' (meaning a short power video of 90 seconds or less!).
3. Mini-version of both that can be used as kind of a watermark in the bottom right hand corner of all the videos we produce (may even just use the existing icon logo with the new logo/words)?

The successful designer may then be asked to also complete a banner or banners (based on the same logo above) that will go on our website and on our YouTube channel.
