Flyer Design Brief

I am looking for a flyer to help my sales staff sell Hosted PBX (VOIP) services. I have provided a rough outline, text and pricing and need someone to take the information and make it look pretty. You are welcome to change this as needed.

This flyer will be used by sales people and left behind with customer. I am willing to pay for graphics images.
