Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design. We are a personal training company called Canoville Fitness.
I am looking for a logo to incorporate the letters "c" and "f" into it.
Maybe just having the c,f as the main logo and canoville fitness underneath,
or to incorporate the whole title.

I want to come across fresh, but strong.
It should be something that can easily be added to t-shirts, sweatshirts.
I have the colour of sky blue in mind.
