Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new Stock Trading education business / website. The website is called 'Enlightened Stock Trading'. We help people achieve freedom and improve the quality of their lives by learning to trade stocks in a way that fits with their ideal lifestyle and personality. We do this by helping people understand themselves and then build their own trading system that really fits them.
We have a focus on personal development as an important part of this process. This means understanding yourself, your emotions and beliefs (Thus the term 'Enlightened'). This is critical because the client needs to work on their own psychology and emotions as well as the typical technical trading skills if they are to be successful.
I would like the logo to represent this combination of technical trading plus personal psychology / enlightenment because this will help me stand out from all the people out there just selling technical skills and trading systems that don't work.
I also want it to convey support, caring and passion for growth of the individual.
