Logo Design Brief

We are a start up micro brewery called Prairie Brewing Company Ltd based out of a rural farming location on the prairies near Three Hills, Alberta, Canada (yes there is actually three hills near the town site as well) and are in need of a logo design for our new company. We our 3 friends that have started this company with goals to service the surrounding communities with locally brewed beer sourced from locally grown ingredients. We are open to any and all suggestions on the content of the logo whether it says "Prairie Brewing Company" or "PBC" or "Prairie Brewing Co." ect. We like the idea of the logo being circular in nature or with the letters intertwined like a baseball team logo with barley being possibly included but again are open to any ideas.
