T-shirt Design Brief

We need a design for a new baseball style shirt we want to come out with. Our company name is Duck Mountain Outdoors. We already have a clothing line and are looking at new summer items. Here's what I'm looking for... I want a multi-coloured design.. a fish that's cut into four quarters. The tail quarter is a rainbow trout, the next quarter is a brook trout, the next quarter is a tiger trout, and the head is a brown trout. It should look like one fish made up of four different trout species with a small space separating each quadrant. If you have a different idea of rapping the four trout species (rainbow, brown, tiger and brook) please share a design. At the top it will say GRAND SLAM in a baseball-style font similar to the numbers on the back of a Toronto Blue Jays Jersey with our mountains/trees logo alongside it. I will attach our logo... I just want the trees and mountains of the main logo which we own.. that is our symbol. The design should be somewhat realistic... but not too much. Suitable for a shirt. I've attached a prototype I made with pics off the internet just to give you a basic idea of the four types of trout but you should design the logo yourself rather than simply editing mine. The logo will be on white fabric though, and the mountains/trees came out poor when I tried doing it myself. Just borrow from our other logo which is attached. I don't know how to do this stuff.

Once I get someone who is on the right track, I will also want a simple hat logo similar to the Stix & Stones one attached but different. Something along those lines but without copying them too much (they are a competitor brand). The Hat would say Duck Mountain Outdoors on it and would also have the mountains w/ trees symbol someplace as well. Instead of red and black, perhaps green and black for colours. Thanks.

**** Please DO NOT simply use my fish pictures. I just put 4 fish pictures together to show you the 4 trout species. I need something slightly cartoonish and not actual photographs of fish.
