Graphic Design Brief

I need a 2014 wall calendar design tweaked for my business Aegis Construction Consultants. We are a construction scheduling company you can check out our website www.consultaegis.com . I had calendars designed last year (attachment #1) that I was pretty happy with but need the following improvements:

1. The Colors on the calendar and the logo must match - Notice the blue on the calendar and the blue on the header are different.

2. The calendar must contain at least 2, preferably 3 months from the end of 2013, and the beginning of 2015. (Some suggested layouts in Attachment #2 and #3)

3. The calendar must have out new "cloud" logo (Attachment #4) and website URL: cloud.consultaegis.com

4. The calendar should contain the original logo (attachment #5) , and verbiage somewhere:
AEGIS Construction Consultants; Project Solutions; Scheduling, Earned Value Management, Dispute Resolution, 4D Scheduling, Application Cloud Solutions;

6. The calendar should highlight week numbers and all major American and religious holidays (the holidays on the current calendar are more than enough, as are the week numbers)

  5. at least 2, preferrably 3 months from the surrounding years (Oct Nov Dec 2013 and Jan Feb March of 2015)
  6. Major American and Religious holidays
  7. Must be able to print on standard poster size: 24X36 INCHES etc.
  

Nice to have

• Under each month in small font, I would like to have "anticipated weather days *" followed by a number. This number will indicate the anticipated days of inclement weather. I WILL RESEARCH SUPPLY THESE NUMBERS AFTER I CHOOSE THE FINAL DESIGN, these numbers will range from 1-10. At the bottom of the calendar will be an asterisk (*) which references the above statement and reads: "these estimates based on 5 day workweek in the Washington DC/VA area - may vary from contract to contract" this should also be in small font.
