Logo design for TEAM TIBET - a cycling race team that raises money for Tibet charities and supports Tibet funding. The logo must be clean, simple and modern. It must include nice custom typography for the name and also the lotus flower icon (maybe with some cycling resemblance?) Red and black colour scheme.

Also include script says 'Aum Mani Padmi Aum', which is the most famous Tibetan mantra Most people interested
