Advertisement Design Brief

Discovery Solutions is a Pharmaceutical and Biotech recruiting firm. We help companies locate ideal candidates to fill positions within their companies. We want to have presentation materials designed to be handed out to clients at career fairs.

 

WE ARE OPEN TO ALL TYPES OF DESIGNS. 

 

We will have the need for the design of many more projects in the coming months.  We would love to find a great designer to work with on all of our future work.  

 

Part 1: Presentation Folder



A presentation folder designed to contain information about Discovery Solutions and our company’s capabilities. This folder should be very professional and give the feeling that our company is reliable. Abstract designs are fine; incorporating different areas of science would be nice as well. We are open to colors/designs but the logo colors must not be changed.



We are looking for something simple and not too busy.  If you can incorporate the above that is great, but we are looking for a simple design.

 

Part 2: Folder Inserts



In one of the pockets of the folder we would like to have three sheets of paper. The paper will be displayed in a descending fashion so that you are able to see the 1.5 inch header on the top of each paper. (Full sheet in back, sheet trimmed 1.5 inches, sheet trimmed 3 inches in the front. The top 1.5 inch border is all that will need to be designed; we will trim the sheets after printing.

• - The logo and Slogan should also appear on one of the folder interior pocket flaps

• Please use the attached AI format from the company that will be printing out materials There is an outside and inside printing format.

• - Insert must have design on the 1.5 inch of the page (Three Pages)
  
• - Three Sheets must be labeled, Direct Hire, Temporary Staffing, About Discovery Solutions (This text layer must be left editable in the file delivered version for future revisions)

Nice to have

• Pictures or silhouettes of people
  
• Something incorporating different scientific themes

• Something incorporating several areas of science. Just a few ideas but there are countless areas of science, (Electronics, Medical, Environmental, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Chemical, Aerospace, Engineering)

• We are open to anything that you can think of.  We want to base an entire series of promotional materials on these designs so we are open minded.
