Web Design Brief

I am Chanel I am a hair stylist and I would like a website designed for my hair business.

I currently book clients via my profile on styleseat.com/chanelhunton

I need a professional website ( hairbeautifulinsideandout.com ) to display photos and prices for services offered.

I would like to have a home page with a brief bio, Image with logo and testimonials at the bottom, and a header with tab that include: menu of services, gallery,and FAQs.

On the "Services" page, I'm not interested in photos on this page. Just the name of the service, brief description, and pricing. I would also like to have, on this page, "Appointment Request" with fields that include: Name, service requested, desired time frame (morning, afternoon, evening), and contact number and email

On the "Gallery" page, I would like pictures only, but arranged and/or presented in a creative way...
