Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a company based out of Florida called "OPTIONS EXCHANGE". We deal in buying and selling of Enterprise grade server components. We would like to see a design that uses the letters "OE" in some form or another also we would like to see blue as the primary color. We would also like to have a second color on the logo. The final design should communicate simplicity and efficiency.
