Logo Design Brief
Our company is an east coast private money lender and investment fund. We target borrowers/brokers for both new construction single family homes and rehab/fix and flip projects. Our fund also provides significant returns to our accredited investors. We need a logo that portrays security (on investments) and/or construction aspects. Target style is professional and clean/modern. Our current logo includes blue, green, black and white. Our current business card is attached as a sample. In the process of rebranding to obtain a more serious and modern appearance.

Our market is both high and lower end - construction workers and wealthy clients. Age range is from mid-20s to over 80s.
