Graphic Design Brief

We are an influence marketing/brand advocate management company. Our focus is helping brands leverage established social media networks and blog sites to promote a product or service. Our target clients are Fortune 500. Our promotional service prompts audience interaction and engagement.

We are in need of a refreshing redesign of our logo and icon. Something that is a little more crisp and modern. It does not have to be changed much, essentially just a "makeover". For instance, the dots along top are currently too difficult to see in current website application. It may help to reduce the total number of dots, make them larger and make them different colors (just a suggestion).

No shadows or shading. Open to slight color change. Must work against both a light and dark background. Icon must also be simple enough for favicon.
