Business Card Design Brief

Need personal yet natural and organic design. The cards I have now are well designed but look too commercial. I want more organic FEELING kind of card. I thought having a headshot would make it more personal... but maybe a sketch effect (or line drawing effect) of face better (?). Maybe in a gray or tungsten color?
