The brief is a bit confusing. Are you looking for a template (Word, InDesign.. ) where you will add your text and photos later? If not, please provide a document with your texts and pictures.

Yes an A4 size paper folded in half, but the paper will be folded down the middle in a landscape view.

The next page will have activities, so children play and working together would work. The next page would have our curriculum, therefore a page with associated with studying.
