Could you please clarify the exact scope of work as this is the design contest / competition. But you have mention Task Outline is (i.e. Wordpress theme, HTML/CSS, etc.)

The current budget is suffices for homepage & 3 inner pages PSD design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or word-press / back-end or PHP integrated or any eCommerce integrated for this is too small budget. Let me conform. I'm waiting your response. Have a nice day Thanks

When setting up the project (this is my first time) my primary goal was to get design ideas. However, during payment, I saw the "add code for $150" button and clicked it). In retrospect I wish I hadn't, but since some contestants seem to be submitting bootstrap (html/css) ready designs I think the fair thing would be to keep this as the standard.
