Logo Design Brief
The job is a logo design for a brazilian real estate development company. The firm is a new entrant and aims to overcome current competitors by delivering higher quality apartments at competitive prices. The logo should communicate reliability, sofistication and quality. Prefered colors are black and/or blue (darker shades), although not mandatory. The logo should enphasize the acronym HVM. The word "Incorporações" indicates the company's purpose.
Updates:
1 - Logos should avoid house's silhouettes.
2 - We are looking for an alternative to our current logo, in which there is a certain difficulty to identify the three letters. Therefore new proposals should clearly show the acronym.
3 - We would rather have the word "INCORPORAÇÕES" in capital letters.
4 - No handwritten fonts.
