Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new Korean imbiss (takeout)-style restaurant.

Bulgogi Boss is the young, cool, and rebellious sibling of our existing Korean Barbeque restaurant, SSAM (https://www.facebook.com/SsamKoreanBarbeque/), and they will be right next to each other. We hope to gain a new customer base by introducing Korean BBQ as a new casual dining experience. We are located on a trendy and busy street in Berlin so we're looking for a logo that has lots of personality to grab people's attention from the street.

Bulgogi is a Korean classic of marinated grilled meats. The Korean word bulgogi literally means “fire meat” and thinly sliced meats are quickly cooked with a traditional grilling technique. The result is juicy, flavorful, smoky, and delicious.

The name ‘Bulgogi Boss’ will suggest that our customers will be “taken care of” by the boss.

Cool. Easy. Soulful. Different. Modern Korean BBQ.
