Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new company formed as a joint venture between Austella and Immesivly (logos attached). The joint venture brings together Austella's expertise in virtual reality development and Immersivly's expertise in content creation (namely 360 video documentaries, journalism etc). The new company is called Immersive IP

We would like a simple logo that includes the wording "Immersive IP", and a simple icon (IP stands for Intellectual Property but doesn't not need to be shown in it's longhand form). We would like solid colours i.e. no shading/gradients.

I attach the logos of the two companies forming the partnership, I'm happy for those to be used as a basis for the new logo, but there is absolutely no reliance on them if you feel a merge of the two simply doesn't work.

The companies main business will be in the creation of virtual reality apps that will be licenced to other companies. These apps will be used to showcase the licensee's 360 video and VR content and also act as an analytics/research platform into how that 360/VR content is affecting the end user.
